Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't entered the production or shipping process. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
