We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law and our commitment to providing quality products and service.
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
A major failure occurs when:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact your bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
