All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or fraud.
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before we process and ship your order.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
